Week at a Glance: Feb 9-13

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Here is what we will be working on this week:

• Phonics/Sight Words: beginning blends, middle and ending sounds, sight words: in, she, it
• Reading: How can letters help us read?
• Writing: Continuing with personal narratives. 
• Math: Adding and Subtracting within 10
• Science: Magnets and Motion

Reminders:

• We will be passing out Valentine's cards Friday, February 13th.  Please make sure your child has a Valentine for every student in the class.  If you need a new list, please let me know!
• We will be decorating our bags in class this week.  If you would like to send anything to help with this project (stickers, glitter glue, etc.) it would be greatly appreciated!
